Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled under the following rules:

Student-Initiated Cancellation

Students can cancel a booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be charged in full.

Tutor-Initiated Cancellation

If a tutor cancels a scheduled class, the session will either be rescheduled or a full refund or credit will be offered to the student.

Exceptional Circumstances

Requests related to exceptional or force majeure circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
