1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LearnOne2One platform (the “Service”), owned and operated by Expert Education Private Limited.

By accessing or using LearnOne2One, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Service Availability

LearnOne2One currently operates exclusively within Ahmedabad.

All tutor listings, session bookings, offline classes, home tutoring, and customer support are available only in Ahmedabad.

Users from outside Ahmedabad may browse the platform, but tutor services cannot be booked outside Ahmedabad at this time.

3. User Account Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Keep your login information safe
• Take full responsibility for activities under your account
• Not create multiple or fake accounts
• Provide true and valid information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Nature of Tutor Services

Tutors on LearnOne2One are independent professionals and not employees of Expert Education Private Limited.

LearnOne2One acts as a platform to connect students and tutors.

Tutor teaching methods, conduct, performance, or results are not controlled by LearnOne2One.

Students are responsible for evaluating tutor suitability before booking.

5. Booking Demo Sessions

Students may:

• Choose a tutor
• Review tutor profiles, skills, and experience
• Book a demo session
• Make an online payment

Once the session is booked, both tutor and student receive confirmation.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Student Cancellation

If a student cancels a booked demo session before the scheduled time:

• The full session fee will be credited as Rebooking Credits (up to 3 attempts).
• These credits can be used to rebook another tutor on LearnOne2One.
• No refund will be processed to the original payment method, bank account, or UPI.

Tutor Cancellation

If a tutor cancels the scheduled session:

• The full session fee will be credited as Rebooking Credits (up to 3 attempts).

Late Cancellation / No-Show

If a student cancels after the session start time or does not attend:

• The session may be treated as completed.
• No Rebooking Credits will be issued.

7. Payments

All payments are processed through third-party secure payment gateways.

LearnOne2One is not responsible for:

• Banking delays
• Technical failures
• Payment gateway errors

In case of payment deduction without booking confirmation:

• The issue will be handled as per payment gateway policies

8. Acceptable User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or misbehave with tutors or students
• Conduct sessions outside the platform for fraudulent purposes
• Share inappropriate or illegal content
• Attempt to hack or abuse platform systems
• Misuse the Rebooking Credits system

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, graphics, logos, features, and platform content belong to Expert Education Private Limited and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

LearnOne2One is not responsible for:

• Tutor performance or teaching style
• Student learning outcomes
• Injuries or issues during offline sessions
• Any offline interaction between tutor and student
• Technical issues such as app downtime or glitches
• Delays caused by third-party services

11. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate accounts if a user:

• Violates platform policies
• Engages in fraudulent activity
• Abuses tutors, users, or support staff

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad.
