We strive to provide 100% satisfaction to our users. Refunds are processed according to the conditions outlined below.

Live Class Not Delivered

If a paid live class is not delivered by the tutor and cannot be rescheduled, the student will be eligible for a full refund.

Student Cancellation

If a student cancels a booked session within the allowed cancellation window, a refund or credit may be issued, minus any applicable payment processing fees. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy for specific cancellation timing and conditions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide the relevant booking details along with the reason for the refund request.

All refund requests are subject to verification. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
